This policy explains what information Oriental Cafe (“we”) collects through orientalcafefairfax.com and how we use it. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Community Nights sign-ups: your name, email, optional phone number, party size and any notes you add.
• Basic site analytics: our hosting provider may record anonymous, aggregate information such as pages visited and browser type to keep the site running well.

Online ordering

When you click “Order Online” you are taken to our ordering partner, FrontEats, which processes your order and payment under its own privacy policy and terms. We do not see or store your card details.

How we use your information

• To save your seat and contact you about the Community Night you registered for (for example, if an event is rescheduled).
• We do not add you to marketing lists without your permission, and we never sell or rent your information.

Embedded content

Our pages include an embedded Google Map, which is provided by Google and subject to Google's privacy policy.

To update or delete your sign-up information, call us at (703) 573-5888 or ask us in person and we will take care of it.
